This weeks’ cake was a little unusual, as it was 2 tiers of different flavour sponge encased in ivory icing. The flower heads were all handmade, and took a while!! I have also started preparing the flowers for 2 weeks time, as I have over 100 to make! This week I also have some fruit cakes to bake to replace stock, so there is a lovely smell emanating from my kitchen. I so love my job!!
