Happy New Year…

After a couple of weeks off over Christmas and New Year, I stepped back into cake making for 2020 with a 3 tier birthday cake. Despite the break, I can still make a good cake, as you will see from the testimonial remarks from Jason.

This week has another birthday cake to be made, and then I have the ingredients for 12 rich fruit Christmas cakes to be made ready for this December. Brandy, here I come!!
