This week I have made birthday cakes and finished Christmas cakes for a Food Festival I was invited to. A birthday cake with lots of content, together with 6 x 3″ Gluten Free sponges suitable for freezing. Then Christmas cakes for selling and a raffle prize. No pressure then! This week, I will be finishing some more Christmas cakes for 2 fayres coming up in the next couple of weeks, as well as fulfilling orders for them. I love them, as I can make up the designs rather than being told what design is required as in wedding or birthday cakes.
