This cake was based on a 6″ rich fruit cake, 8″ lemon sponge, 10″ chocolate orange and 12″ vanilla sponge. All covered in ivory icing with tiers 2 and 4 quilted on the sides. It was finished with a small cascade of hand made edible flowers in ivory and aqua with aqua coloured ribbons. This couple loved my fruit cake that much, they have ordered a Christmas cake from me!
